Welcome to Cosmic Match. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cosmic Match ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Cosmic Match mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Cosmic Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cosmic Match, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cosmic Match is a relationship compatibility app that uses astrology, numerology, and Chinese zodiac systems to provide personalized compatibility analyses and relationship insights. The Service includes Enhanced compatibility analyses, personalized communication strategies, relationship predictions, and other features designed to help users explore their relationships through a cosmic lens.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Cosmic Match offers the following subscription options:

  • Single Analysis: $0.99 USD - One-time purchase for 1 enhanced compatibility analysis
  • Weekly Explorer: $4.99 USD per week - Auto-renewable subscription with 5 daily analyses
  • Monthly Master: $14.99 USD per month - Auto-renewable subscription with 7 daily analyses

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Weekly Explorer and Monthly Master subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (7 days for weekly, 30 days for monthly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

3.3 Payment

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your selected payment method. Prices are in US dollars and may vary in other countries based on exchange rates and local pricing.

3.4 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Cosmic Match"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

3.5 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.6 Token System

Subscription tokens (daily analyses) refresh at midnight UTC each day and do not roll over. One-time purchase tokens do not expire and can be used at any time. One token equals one enhanced compatibility analysis.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any information that changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Cosmic Match or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Cosmic Match provides entertainment and relationship guidance based on astrological, numerological, and zodiac principles. The compatibility analyses and insights are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional relationship advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMIC MATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmic Match and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
